We will assist you with processing your loan however, approval still comes from the financial institution.

7. What are Legal Fees and Miscellaneous Fees?

Legal Fees among others include Docs Stamps, Transfer Tax, Fees for Certification, Registration, Notarial, LRA, Admin and IT for the Title Transfer to the Buyer's Name, etc.

Miscelleaneous Fees among others include 1yr. Advance Assoc. Dues, Fire Extinguisher & Water Connection.etc.

1. How do I know if my loan has been approved?

An account officer will inform you thru text/call or email.

2. When is my 1st amortization due?

1 month after your loan has been taken out

3. Where can I pay my monthly amortization?

  • Bank ( Over the Counter, Online Bank Transfer, Gcash)
  • Pag-Ibig ( Over the Counter, Gcash, Bayad Center)

1. When can I Move In?

  • You may move in once a financial institution has pre-approved and post-approved your loan.
    Note: Full DP, LMF and Vat if any should also be settled
  • Buyers who paid full total contract price and LMF may move in after inspecting their unit and submitting documents for title transfer.

2. Can I inspect my unit before Moving In?

Once you have received your NOA or LOG you may check your unit and create a punchlist. Reinspect your unit after 30 days then sign the letter of acceptance. Be ready to receive the authority to move in and keys to your new home.

3. How can I install the Electric and Water Meters?

Electric and Water Meters have been installed for your convenience.

Note: Application to transfer to your name and conversion to post paid electricty c/o buyer.

4. Where do I pay my water and Electric Bill?

For water - Admin Office or Online bank transfer.

For electric - Online, Meralco Office, Bank, 7 Eleven, etc.

5. Can I Renovate my unit?

Yes, construction bond for minor renovation is ₱20,000 and major renovation ₱40,000.
